Reorganizational meeting of the Fairfield County Democratic Party's Executive Committee  

A reorganizational meeting of the Fairfield County Executive Committee will occur on May 30th, at 7:00 P.M., at Independence Hall.

At that time the results of the recent election will have been certified. A notice of that meeting will be mailed to all of those who ran for Central Committee seats and were duly elected. At the Central Committee reorganizational meeting, the Central Committee members will be sworn into office, elect their officers, and then elect members to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee elects its officers at that point.

We haven't quoted chapter and verse from the Constitution, only given you a brief over-view of what happens at reorganization. No other business is to be conducted at the Reorganizational meeting.
