The Fairfield County Democratic Party is united by the values outlined in our constitution.

We are governed by our Central and Executive Committees.

In addition to the Central Committee and Executive Committee, there are a number of organizations and sub-committees of the Executive Committee associated with the Fairfield County Democratic Party:

• The Democratic Club
• The Democratic Women's Club
• The Building Fund Sub-Committee
• The Business Outreach Sub-Committee
• The Education and Outreach Sub-Committee

Each of these committees attempts to further the goals of the party in some way.  The Clubs and the Building Committee are fundraising Political Action Committees. The money they raise supports the Democratic party in Fairfield County. The Central Committee is elected by the voters of Fairfield County. Each voting precinct within the county has a seat on the Central Committee. The Executive Committee is elected by the member of the Central Committee. The Business Outreach Committee is a subcommittee of the the Education & Outreach Committee. The Education & Outreach Committee is a subcommittee of the Central Committee.
